(screenshot: /landing/calendar.png) - **AI Scribe & Notes** — Automated notes and session summaries. (screenshot: /landing/templates.png) - **Mood Tracking** — Monitor progress and identify patterns early. (screenshot: /landing/client-detail-overview.png) --- ## Section: the-shift ### Mental health care has already moved. Systems have not. *Clients are using consumer AI tools, journalling apps, and chatbots between appointments. Conversations about distress, risk, and crisis are happening outside formal care pathways, without governance, or clinician visibility.* - **badge**: THE SHIFT IN MENTAL HEALTH CARE ### Features - **Care Has Shifted** — Mental health support increasingly happens between sessions. Clients reflect, disclose, and seek advice in real time, often outside the consulting room. - **AI Is Already In Use** — People are turning to consumer-facing chatbots and digital tools for mental health support. These tools are widely accessible, immediate, and unregulated within clinical frameworks. - **No Early Warning** — Deterioration often occurs between appointments. Without structured monitoring, clinicians have no timely visibility of escalating distress. - **Risk Is Not Reliably Managed** — Generative AI tools are not designed for structured risk assessment, escalation protocols, or duty-of-care frameworks. Distress can be reinforced rather than clinically managed. - **Clinicians Are Being Cut Out** — No visibility of what advice was given, how it was interpreted, or whether risk was present. Clinical judgement and formulation are excluded from digital interactions. - **No Governance Mechanism** — Mental health conversations are occurring at scale without oversight, accountability, or system-level governance. Quality of care is reduced when digital support operates outside clinical control. --- ## Section: the-antsa ### The system that brings clinicians back into the loop. *Between-session care should not sit outside governance. It should sit inside your clinical system. ANTSA is purpose-built infrastructure for modern mental health practice.* - **badge**: PROBLEM? WE HAVE THE ANTSA - **care_loop_subtitle**: One loop. One record. Human oversight. - **care_loop_title**: The ANTSA structured clinical care loop. ### Features - **Between-Session Visibility** — Mood tracking, engagement data and structured inputs give you insight into what is happening between sessions. You see patterns early, not after escalation. - **Practitioner-Governed AI** — AI conversations are assigned by you. Interactions can be reviewed. Oversight remains with the practitioner. This is supported digital care, not independent AI advice. - **Structured Risk Awareness** — ANTSA is designed with clinical escalation logic in mind. It supports early identification of deterioration rather than reactive crisis response. - **Integrated Client Record** — Client activity, tasks, and interactions are recorded within the clinical system. Between-session care becomes visible, accountable, and ethically contained. - **Reduced Administrative Burden** — Integrated AI scribe, secure communication, telehealth, and client engagement tools sit in one system. Fewer subscriptions. Fewer logins. Less duplication. - **Governance By Design** — Built by clinicians. Hosted securely in Australia. Aligned with professional standards and digital health responsibilities. --- ## Section: features ### What ANTSA includes. *A governed digital mental health system that brings together the core tools practitioners use to support and monitor clients between appointments.* - **badge**: FEATURES ### Features - **Clinician-Overseen AI Chatbot** — Assign the ANTSA chatbot to support clients between sessions as part of your treatment plan. It is activated by you and aligned to the client’s goals and current needs. Clients are informed that interactions form part of the clinical record and are visible to you. You can review conversations, provide feedback, and refine how the chatbot responds over time to ensure it operates within your clinical parameters. All conversations sit within the client record. The chatbot does not diagnose, replace therapy, or function independently of your oversight. It extends structured support while keeping the practitioner in the loop. (screenshot: /api/images/image-1771813515760-820244635.png) - **Practitioner AI Assistant** — A back-end AI assistant helps you review each client’s recorded data within ANTSA before sessions, including client chatbot conversations, homework tasks such as journalling, mood entries, psychometrics, messaging, and recent engagement. It brings this information together to highlight patterns, changes, and areas for discussion. It can also respond to practice-level queries, such as how many clients are scheduled today, or summarise activity across your caseload. It does not determine risk, diagnose, or generate treatment plans. Clinical interpretation and decisions remain with you. (screenshot: /api/images/image-1771807047757-489728042.png) - **Single Integrated Clinical Record and Secure Messaging** — Session notes, chatbot conversations, psychometrics, mood tracking, telehealth sessions, messaging, and uploaded documents sit within one secure client file. You can upload reports, letters, and external documents directly into the record. Client communication occurs within the platform rather than across external tools, keeping conversations connected to care. This reduces fragmentation and supports continuity, visibility, and professional documentation standards. (screenshot: /api/images/image-1771883912306-536638576.png) - **AI Scribe and Structured Templates** — Generate structured session notes using clinical templates aligned with professional standards. The AI scribe can transcribe sessions, draft progress notes, and assist with multiple documentation formats depending on your preferred template. You can also dictate private notes directly into the system, allowing you to capture reflections or observations that are not shared with the client. Templates support different clinical needs, including structured progress notes, summaries, and other documentation formats. All notes remain editable, reviewable, and practitioner-approved before finalisation. The system assists with drafting, but responsibility for accuracy, interpretation, and clinical content remains with you. - **Telehealth, Calendar, and Session Summaries** — Conduct secure video sessions within ANTSA. Use the integrated calendar to schedule appointments and generate telehealth links directly from the client record. Automatic session summaries support accurate documentation and continuity of care, with sessions and scheduling connected within one system. (screenshot: /api/images/image-1771817960032-910420626.png) - **Mood and Engagement Monitoring** — Track mood entries and engagement patterns between sessions. Identify changes from baseline and shifts in participation earlier, supporting informed discussion and more focused sessions. Clinical interpretation remains your responsibility. - **Homework, Between-Session Tasks, and Automated Reminders** — Assign therapeutic tasks aligned with formulation, goals, and client capacity. Schedule reminders for homework, check-ins, and questionnaires within the treatment plan without manual follow-up. Completion and engagement become visible within the client record, supporting continuity and therapeutic momentum. - **Psychometric Measures** — Assign validated questionnaires within the system. Responses are stored directly in the client record for longitudinal comparison and integrated review alongside session notes and engagement data. - **Client-Facing App** — ANTSA includes a secure client-facing application connected directly to your clinical system. Clients complete assigned tasks, mood tracking, psychometrics, psychoeducation, chatbot conversations, and telehealth sessions within the same environment. These activities are accessed through the downloadable ANTSA mobile app, allowing clients to engage with their treatment plan from their own device between sessions. Between-session care remains structured, visible, and connected to your record rather than occurring across disconnected apps. Clinical judgement, formulation, and responsibility remain with the practitioner. AI support is assigned and overseen within defined clinical parameters. Practitioners control access. Clients are invited into the system by their practitioner and engage only with assigned supports. **Q: Does ANTSA diagnose mental health conditions?** A: No. ANTSA is a practitioner-governed digital support system. It does not diagnose, independently treat, or make autonomous clinical decisions. Practitioners remain responsible for clinical decision-making. **Q: How is ANTSA different from consumer AI tools?** A: Consumer tools operate outside clinical systems. ANTSA sits inside your practice workflow. You assign supports, monitor engagement, review interactions, and retain accountability within a single integrated record. **Q: How does ANTSA help with risk management?** A: ANTSA provides structured visibility into mood data, engagement patterns, and client interactions between sessions. This supports earlier identification of deterioration rather than reactive crisis response. **Q: Is the AI supervised in real time?** A: No. Practitioners can review interactions after they occur. Oversight, feedback, and adjustment remain in your control. **Q: Is client data secure?** A: Yes. ANTSA is hosted on secure Australian servers and aligned with Australian Privacy Principles and professional standards. Data is contained within your governed clinical system. **Q: Does ANTSA replace practitioner responsibility?** A: No. Clinical judgement, regulatory compliance, and duty of care remain with the practitioner at all times. ANTSA is practitioner-controlled infrastructure. Compliance alignment reflects system design and data handling practices, not a transfer of professional responsibility. **Q: What happens if a client discloses risk in the platform?** A: ANTSA supports visibility and structured monitoring. It does not replace crisis services. Practitioners retain responsibility for clinical response and escalation according to their professional standards. **Q: Can ANTSA be used without assigning the AI chatbot?** A: Yes. All AI-assisted components are practitioner-assigned. The system can be used for engagement, mood tracking, telehealth, and documentation without AI support if preferred. **Q: Can ANTSA be used in group practices or organisations?** A: Yes. ANTSA supports solo practitioners, group practices and larger services. It is designed as governed infrastructure, making it suitable for structured service environments. **Q: Is ANTSA suitable for practitioners in training?** A: Yes, with important considerations. Discuss your use of ANTSA with your supervisor to confirm it aligns with your training requirements. Be transparent about how the platform is being used in your practice. All AI-generated notes and transcripts must be reviewed, verified, and critically appraised before inclusion in any client record. AI-generated content is a helpful starting point, not a finished clinical product. Professional judgement must always be applied. **Q: Is client data used to train external AI models?** A: No. Client data remains within the governed system and is not used to train public or external AI models. --- ## Section: for_clinics ### For Clinics & Enterprises *Need multi-practitioner access, reporting, integrations or enterprise rollout? Use this to add observations, clinical impressions, or follow-up actions from the session. Notes auto-save after 5 seconds of inactivity and are linked to the current session. These notes are included in the generation context when you produce a clinical document. Click **Save Note** to manually save at any time. ![Post-Session Notes](https://mcusercontent.com/3651e98ece8abbf4ed061cd40/images/e08f5288-3aa4-a2f4-c77d-e3c4c0bee826.png) #### Using Past Sessions & Notes Click **Past Sessions & Notes** in the top right to open the History panel. This allows you to load previous sessions and notes into the AI generation context, so that when you click **Generate**, ANTSA takes your client's full history into account, not just the current session. From the History panel, you can: - Browse all past sessions by date, with duration and quality indicators - Search sessions and notes using the search field - Select individual sessions to load, or click **Load all** to include everything - Click **Unload all** to clear the context and start fresh - See how many sessions are currently in context (shown as a blue dot count, e.g., "10 in context") Once you have selected the sessions to include, click **Generate** and ANTSA will produce the clinical document using the current transcript, post-session notes, and all loaded historical sessions. The bottom toolbar will confirm how many sessions are being used (e.g., "Generating from 10 sessions"). > **Tip:** Loading past sessions is particularly useful for progress reports, longitudinal summaries, or any template that benefits from a broader view of the client's treatment history. ![Past Sessions & Notes](https://mcusercontent.com/3651e98ece8abbf4ed061cd40/images/d5a2e371-c537-7d17-4056-4121628febe2.png) #### Generating a Clinical Document Once your transcript is ready: 1. Select a template from the **Template** panel on the right and a preview of the template structure will appear 2. Load any past sessions you want included using **Past Sessions & Notes** 3. Click **Generate** 4. ANTSA will produce the clinical document using your transcript, post-session notes, and any past session context included The generated document is automatically saved to the client's profile. ![Generating a Document 1](https://mcusercontent.com/3651e98ece8abbf4ed061cd40/images/d5c74294-b30d-1ea3-5fd9-455cdaa1798a.png) ![Generating a Document 2](https://mcusercontent.com/3651e98ece8abbf4ed061cd40/images/d08219f5-a179-eeb8-d22b-f4fb012be688.png) #### Refining and Editing the Generated Document Once a document has been generated, you can: - **Refine** by clicking **Refine** and typing an instruction (e.g., "Make it more concise") to adjust the output without regenerating from scratch - **Edit** by clicking **Edit** to make direct changes to the document text using the built-in editor, which supports markdown formatting - **Export as PDF** to download the generated document as a formatted PDF with the ANTSA letterhead, client name, date, and practitioner details - **Copy document** to paste the document content into your practice management software or client file > **Tip:** Always review and edit AI-generated content before adding it to a client's official record. AI-generated notes are a helpful starting point, not a final product. ![Refining and Editing](https://mcusercontent.com/3651e98ece8abbf4ed061cd40/images/3af283c2-f18e-37f8-99cc-a2819d0cfca9.png) #### Troubleshooting: Transcription Issues If your session did not transcribe correctly, here are some things to check: - **Microphone permissions** — ensure your browser has been granted microphone access - **Audio quality** — background noise, low volume, or overlapping speech can affect accuracy - **Capture System Audio** — if recording a telehealth session, confirm the correct tab is selected and that **Also share tab audio** is enabled - **Browser compatibility** — ANTSA works best on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge - **Internet connection** — a stable connection is needed for processing - **Session length** — very short or very long recordings may not generate a full summary If you continue to experience issues, please contact the ANTSA support team at [help@antsa.ai](mailto:help@antsa.ai). ### Templates #### Overview of ANTSA Templates ANTSA's Templates library gives you full control over how your session notes and clinical documentation are structured. You can use one of the 27+ ready-made public templates or create your own to match your unique practice style. The **practitioner-facing AI Assistant** is available only to you on your Dashboard. It does not interact with clients. It helps you search and retrieve information about your clinic operations — such as session transcripts, homework status, and client messages. The **client-facing Chatbot** is a separate tool entirely. It lives in the Homework library under the AI category and is assigned directly to clients as a between-session support tool. Clients interact with it through their own portal — you do not. This section covers the client-facing Chatbot only. For information on the practitioner-facing AI Assistant, see the **AI Assistant** section of this support hub. The Chatbot is a client-facing AI tool that supports clients between sessions. Once assigned, clients can use it to: - Reflect on their thoughts and feelings between sessions - Complete guided check-ins - Engage with AI-supported prompts relevant to their treatment The Chatbot operates within the parameters you set as the treating practitioner. It does not make clinical decisions and does not replace your professional judgement. #### Assigning the Chatbot to a Client To assign the Chatbot to a client: 1. Go to **Homework** 2. Expand the **AI** section in the left panel 3. Select **Chatbot** 4. The **client-facing chatbot** is assigned to clients through the Homework library. Clients interact with it directly through their app to support between-session check-ins and reflection. You control when and whether it is assigned. The **practitioner-facing AI Assistant** is a separate tool available only to you on your Dashboard. It does not interact with clients. Instead, it helps you quickly search and retrieve information about your own clinic operations — such as session transcripts, homework status, and client messages — without having to manually search through records. This section covers the practitioner-facing AI Assistant only. For information on assigning the client-facing chatbot, see the **Homework** section of this support hub. You can ask the AI Assistant questions such as: - *"What homework tasks have I assigned to [client name]?"* - *"Show me the session transcript from [client name]'s last session"* - *"Find messages from [client name]"* - *"What questionnaires has [client name] completed?"* The AI Assistant provides tailored responses to help you manage your practice more efficiently while maintaining excellent client care. > **Please note:** The AI Assistant is currently in **Beta**. Your feedback is invaluable in helping ANTSA improve this feature. Please share any thoughts with the support team at [help@antsa.ai](mailto:help@antsa.ai). #### Accessing the AI Assistant The AI Assistant is accessible from your **Dashboard**. Look for the AI Assistant panel in the What's New section, or access it via the relevant icon in your account. #### What You Can Ask the AI Assistant The AI Assistant can help you with: - **Finding client information** — session history, homework status, messages - **Reviewing transcripts** — quickly locate and summarise past sessions - **Clinic operations** — general questions about how your practice is running within ANTSA - **Feature guidance** — ask how to use specific features if you are unsure The more you use the AI Assistant, the better it becomes at understanding your practice context. > **Tip:** Be as specific as possible when asking questions — for example, include the client's name and a date range to get the most accurate results. #### AI Assistant: Frequently Asked Questions **Is my client data safe when using the AI tools?** Yes. ANTSA takes data privacy and security seriously. All data processed by the AI tools remains within ANTSA's secure environment and is not shared with third parties. **Can the AI Assistant make clinical decisions?** No. The AI Assistant is designed to support administrative and informational tasks only.
